Buying an animal online can be nerve-wracking, and we do everything we can to ensure that you are comfortable and confident with our care and service.
We encourage buyers from outer state to participate in Facetime, Zoo or other video applications to view the puppies the most thorough way possible. We will send through photos and any information we can to ensure you are satisfied.
if you can visit, we will be invited to meet our family of Border Collies. You are encouraged to lay an dinterest with them, really learn who they are and make a decision from there.
We ask for a nonrefunable deposit, this is to secure your puupy and to secure our business. Remaining payment can be made on the day that you pick your puppy up. Refunds are nonrefundable unless there is a health related issue that poses risk to the puppy.
We created a useful and practical Puppy Pack for our impending Puppy's new homes.
They include a small bed, a blanket (with their mothers scent), a small bag of dog food, a toy and documentation related to their immunisation and microchipping.
This pack was created to ensure the transition period is the smoothest possible.
If you live in a different state, we have you covered!
We have a contract with a trusted and reliable Animal Transport business which is the only company we will use for transportation.
We have transport cost included in the sale price of our puppies.
If you do not require transportation, this does not reduce the price of the puppies.
All puppies are the same price.
There are multiple ways of transportation, van/road vehicle or plane. Both of these can be organised, however, only the cost of road transport (under the cost of $200) is included in the price of the puppies.
If the price of the puppy is reduced, the transportation allowance is void an no longer included. We will remain working solely with our preferred transportation companies, at the buyers expense.
